Return & Exchange Policy

Returns (Damage-Only Policy)

• Eligibility: Returns are only accepted if the product arrives damaged.
• Time Frame: You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
• Verification: A clear unboxing video must be provided showing:
  • The product being opened directly from its original packaging.
  • All tags still intact and attached.
  • Visible damage to the product.

Without this video, we will not be able to process your return.

Exchanges

• Eligibility: Exchanges are accepted for reasons other than damage (such as size or color) within 7 days of receiving the product.
• Condition: Product must be unused, with original tags and packaging in place.

Our team will review your request and get back to you within 2 business days.

Refunds

Once the return is approved and the product is received and verified, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
